Dear Phei Shen,
Frankly, there is not much one can do unless you move out of the bedroom.
Pay more emphasis or try to avoid where possible, the toilet bowl or any sewerage pipes directly above the bed. Or other water pipes that may be DIRECTLY above the bed.
Here it is a case of `not so good' Shapes and Form Feng Shui where not much can be done unless, one moves out of the room.
